Momma talked wif Mimi this morning. The procedure wented well and the Dr's gotted all of the icky stuff out. But....now she has pneumonia!!! Mimi wuz feeling OK though. We still don't know when she's gonna get to go home.
Sadly...Miss Trixie of the Meezers wented to the Rainbow Bridge this morning about 5:15. She is now playing wif her brofurs Norton and Ralphie. We're sure that Tink, Shadow, and Cleo (Momma's cats-that-came-before) were there to greet and welcome her as well. Our thoughts are wif the Meezer family.
Mimi (Daddy's mom for those who don't know) is still in the hospital. She is still having pain and migranes. They have her on morphine for now. The doctors are going to do a scope and try to get the stone fragments out on Tuesday once some of the pain and swelling have subsided. Momma talked wif Mimi for a little while tonight. She sez that Mimi sounded good, but she (Mimi) wuz VERY SAD that she won't be coming out this week to visit. Momma told her that there are more important things to be here for than just this weekend. We also gotted this email from Beau and his Mom:I wish I had better news, but Luna is still missing. Today her human posted pictures of where she's lost and it's downright disturbing and scary. EVERYONE needs to go see those pictures. Looking at those pictures, we REALLY need to step up the prayer power in a big way. So, at 9 pm tonight (your time) I want everyone to pray hard she is found soon (and you might also say a prayer for Trixie and Mimi, and others, as well). It doesn't matter if prayers are said at the same time. An ongoing prayer vigil is just as good. Also, I would like to suggest you say a prayer for her at your meal times and around 8 pm each night. She needs to be found. At this point she is in real danger. Thanks!

Help efurryone!!! Mimi wuz taken back in to the hospital this morning! They think that she has pancreatitis (Momma helped spell it). That's all we know right now, but Daddy is on the phone wif his brofur trying to find out more. If y'all could, PLEASE say a prayer for Mimi. We love her. She wuz supposed to come visit us on Thurs....not sure that she'll be able to now.Also....Luna needs our prayers too! She got out while at the evil V-E-T and ran off into the forest. That happened on Tuesday and as far as we know, she still hasn't been found.
Heehee! Poor Momma! When she gotted home from werk this morning...she found kitty turds on the front porch! We fink that it's from Emmy, the cat that Momma has been feeding (more on her in anofur post). Then, when Momma gotted inside....one of us had frown up on the living room carpet!!! Heehee! Momma wuzn't too happy wif any of us today! Our tummy is all better now.
Stoopid blogger!! It's not letting us upload pictures.....and Momma wasn't too happy 'bout that. She wuz saying sum bad werds, too. We won't repeat them, 'cause we'd get into trouble! Maybe, eventually, we'll get our pictures posted. We're crossing our paws.
BTW....Mimi gotted to go home, and is feeling better efurryday.
Just a quick update...Mimi is doing well after her surgery. She's going to haf to stay ofur night at the hospital. Fanks efurrycat (and bean) for your prayers and well wishes!
Hi efurryone!We just founded out that Mimi has to have her gall-blad-er out. That dosen't sound like much fun to us. Uncle Brian hadded to drive her to the bean V-E-T at 2:30 this morning. Mimi must not have been feeling good at all if she let him drive!! She's having her surgery tomorrow (Tues) at 10:30 in Texas.Momma and Daddy's niece is doing well and getting bigger efurry day.That's all for now...we're still trying to find the pictures we took.

Efen though she only really started skiing last fall.

Oh WOW!Momma & Daddy's niece wuz borned today!!!! Hannah wuz 9lbs, 6 oz and gotted here at 5:37 am. Her Daddy is our Daddy's older brother. They live in Texas. Mimi wuz all the way a'cited, 'cause this is the firstest grandbaby!!! Yea! Congrats to Chris & Jen!!!Millie gotted a fur-ever home AND her own bloggie!!! Go check it out here.We gotted our Secret Paws pressie on Friday!!!!! It wuz from Shadow, all the way from Hawaii!! We gots stinky goodness and lots of toys wif catnip! Momma took pitures with the flashy box, but is still having problems finding the pictures on the 'puter. We haven't posted 'bout it yet, cause Momma werked lots of ofur time this weekend and hadded the 'puter off. We fink that means more money for more stinky goodness??Hope efurrycat is doing well and staying cool! It's finally starting to cool off some here and rain a little too! Hurry up fall!!
Well...Momma did her bestest at the interview, but they called to say that they chose the ofur person. :-( So Momma wuz a little sad 'bout that. But....she (and lots of her friends) sed that it wasn't meant to be, and that God has a better plan for her. We still love you Momma!! Note from Momma- Thanks everyone for all of your prayers and good wishes. I like the job that I have now, but I'm looking for something a little closer to home (I drive up to Denver from C. Springs 3 times a week).
We fink that Brandi's momma hadded some good interviews the ofur day too!!! We're keepin' up the prayers and purrs for her.Our Secret Paw, Sky, gotted our pressies in the mail. Whoohoo!! We're waitin' for her Momma to post pictures. We hadded a blast shoppin'! We're watchin' the mail for ours.....wonder who our pal is??? Hhmmm....
This am Emmy (short for Esmerelda, like in The Hunchback of Notre Dame). Momma and Daddy decided on that name 'cause she lives like a gypsy. Isn't she cute?? Momma likes her ear. She has a very sweet purr-sonality. She "lives " wif the family 2 doors up....but that don't take furry good care of her. So...Momma's been feeding her and making a warm place to sleep for the past few weeks on our porch. 
Momma!! But she offered to take Emmy if they didn't want her. The people sed that Emmy "doesn't like to be in the house" and that's why she's always outside. But, she keeps tryin' to come in our house!! Those people are moving too. Their 5 year old came to get Emmy, but she ran from him. Momma finks that that is why Emmy doesn't like to be inside! They also used to have a Pit Bull woofie!! Eeek! So Momma tol them "I don't want to take your pet from you, but.... and I don't mind looking after her while you move and decide what to do with Emmy. Just let me know." So.....it sounds like Emmy might be moving in wif us shortly. She camed into the house this morning and Momma held her and snuggled wif her and Emmy just 
purred and purred. But, 'afore she comes in to live, Momma's gotta take her to the V-E-T to have her checked out. Wish us luck.....we're not sure about each ofur...let alone a new poodin!
